What to expect?

During retreats atmosphere is Lovely.

The beginning is not so easy.

All participants have their own challenges and desires. The cozy area, funny mood, yoga, and special nutrition program brings all participants to the right goal. In the end, everybody is in the cloud of happiness.

During the retreats all participants notice lost kilograms and volumes of their body lines decrease significantly. They go home with new habits of nutrition. These new skills and tricks are for all life. It helps to stay young, slim, and healthy always.

Retreats are the investment for all life not for short distance goals.
