Sharing - Question Time. Energetic practice that gives strength and confidence. (30 min.) 

November 24   17:00

An evening activity that activates metabolism, improves health, body flexibility, and stops aging. 

Meditation to improve health. (Duration 2 hours) 

November 25    11:00 

Morning activity activates the gland, which stimulates the activity of hormones. 

Meditation of youth. (Duration 2 hours) 

November 26    11:00

Morning exercise activates the gland, stimulates the activity of hormones, and accelerates the body's metabolism. 

A meditation that relaxes the nervous system. (Duration 2 hours) 

Sharing - Question Time. 

Energetic practice that gives strength and confidence. (30 min.) 

The price of the retreat is 160 euros
