About Me

YOGA has been my faithful companion since my mother inspired me to try yoga's benefits for my spinal problems eleven years ago. From my first class, I felt this was the perfect way to begin moving my body, refresh and recharge my mind. Step by step my body and spirit began to transform.

From childhood I like to keep myself busy by exploring myself in different ways. I have never confined myself to one activity till I found yoga.

God was the best pilot, He took me to the right destination.

YOGA.

For the first four years of my yoga journey, I started by attending classes whenever I could and taking my first teacher trainings here in Lithuania and in Bulgaria. The more I learnt, the better decisions I made each day. I also started to expand my knowledge about health and nutrition. I have read books, explored the

internet courses, spoke to nutritionists. I just immersed myself in information. This is where my attraction to health really started to grow.

At the same time I started studying about chakras, because I wanted to gain skills how to harness Prana to regain one‘s vitality and to target healing life force directly to areas of the body that have health problem. I completed Magnified Healing 1st phase workshop as well as three levels of Pranic Healing certification program: MCKS Pranic Healing, MCKS Advanced Pranic Healing,

MCKS Pranic Psychotherapy.

I began to see things more clearly.

Unfortunately, something wasn't right in my life.

On the one hand I had wonderful, a high-paying job at an international company and good collegues as well, but on the other hand I wasn‘t fulfilled of all the possibilities in my workplace. I came to realise how much fear I had to go further, towards uncomfortable zones. One person picked me up at that particular time I was down. It was my brother. He inspired me to take a situation and make the best of it.

In 2014 the idea of doing a yoga teacher training has crossed my mind for the first time. It sounded like the most amazing opportunity! But this passion was hidden deep inside. Love to inspire and guide people through their life journey pushed me to my next decision - to deep my practice by 200 hours of yoga teacher training course at Santosha Yoga Institute, in Bali. It was a wonderful experience. Training course

transformed my seeing yoga and myself. I was excited to be graduated and get back for something new in my life.

When I came back from Bali, I determined that the money and prestige were no longer a reason to continue my logistic worker job and I quited it. Only then I started to focus on what truly mattered to me: helping people get healthy and happy.

Since receiving my teacher certificate, I have taught students in: Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Nidra yoga, as well as Wellness and Weight loss programs, deep meditation sessions, in-depth breathing techniques.

I lived in Cyprus three years ago to teach and train yoga, wellness and weight loss program for students from all over the world.

Today, I teach yoga, including online and live yoga classes, and I have even begun hosting my own yoga retreats in different countries!

Give yourself a chance to find beauty, peace and harmony which is inside YOU.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance that yoga has played in my physical and spiritual well-being. Besides my relationships with my family, yoga has been one of my longest and most empowering relationship in my life.

Yoga helps me to recognize who I am, what is with my body going on. Yoga relieves me to release my diseases, grief, worries and anger. It helps to find myself, to understand people and this world.

YOGA made me free, light, happy, opened, natural.

There are no limits of perfection, so I am always studying and learning yoga.

Yoga is a holistic approach to life. Practicing yoga brings us more harmony in our body and mind, gives us ability to connect with the soul.

In this life our body is the only house. Caring for this house means to create positive energy. The good vibes attract prosperity, love and lightness in our life.

The body should be like a river, always in flow. Not like a swamp.

If you are in flow all universe helps you to find the right way, catch the signals and connect with the intuition.

Spread love, be love and smile – this my vision.

With love and light,

LINA LOGVIN
