10.00 -12.00 Special yoga session balancing the body;

13.00 - 14.00 Lunch;

14.00 - 15.00 Dynamic practice;

15.00 - 16.30 Relaxing yoga practices and meditation;

16.30 – 17.30 Tea break;

17.30 - 19.00 Bathing in the sound of gongs. Professional gong meditation.
